Our goal is to ensure you have a pleasant stay and avoid any misunderstandings, so we kindly ask you to familiarize yourself with our House Rules!
By making a reservation, you confirm that you are aware of and accept these rules and agree to abide by them.
Children under 14 years old may stay at the accommodation only under adult supervision.
The owner is available 24/7 by phone or message.
General Information
Upon arrival, guests must provide personal identification (passport or ID card, address card) for registration purposes and pay the remaining balance on site. Rooms may only be occupied after the full participation fee is paid.
Check-in is between 2:00 PM and 3:00 PM on the day of arrival. Please inform us by phone if you plan to arrive later!
Check-out is by 10:00 AM on the day of departure. Please respect this timing so that we can prepare the accommodation for the next guests.
Upon arrival, guests will receive a house key and gate opener for unrestricted movement. On the day of departure, please place the key in the designated mini-safe and lock it! Lost or damaged keys or remotes will incur a replacement fee of 10,000 HUF per item.
The owner or representative will be present during the specified arrival/departure times (upon request).
Our guesthouse is a family business with variable working hours (primarily adjusted to guests' arrival times), so we apologize if we cannot see you off at departure.
Our apartment is air-conditioned, and proper usage is still part of the complimentary services offered.
Payment, Cancellations, Refunds
Our pricing is dynamic and varies based on occupancy and season. The rate in your confirmation email is the amount you are required to pay.
All reservations are finalized with a 20% deposit.
The accommodation fee can be paid in cash, by bank transfer, or with an SZÉP card. Please note that we currently cannot accept SZÉP cards at Sunny City House Dunaújváros.
If the reservation is canceled 30 days before arrival, the full deposit will be refunded.
If cancellation occurs 0-29 days before arrival, the deposit is non-refundable.
The full participation fee refers to the pre-booked days. In the case of early departure, we cannot offer a refund.
Rules to Follow
- Charging electric cars on the premises is allowed, but please notify us in advance if you need this service.
- Smoking inside the apartment is strictly prohibited, including e-cigarettes and IQOS! An ashtray is provided on the terrace; please use it.
- Our property is located in a residential area; all guests are required to follow peaceful coexistence rules. After 10:00 PM, please refrain from loud activities in the garden, such as music or singing. We also ask that you return quietly during late-night or early-morning hours.
- Visitors may only be received during the day and with prior approval from the host.
- Pets are allowed on the premises, but please inform us during booking.
- It is forbidden to bring any flammable materials or items into the rooms!
- We kindly ask that guests refrain from eating in the rooms. Please use the dining area for meals and keep it clean. All guests are responsible for washing their used dishes and utensils.
- Please respect the property and furnishings and do not remove items from the house (e.g., towels, pillows, blankets).
- When using the outdoor fire pit, only light fires in the designated equipment and area. After cooking, ensure the fire is completely extinguished.
- For grilling or cooking with a cauldron, we provide firewood. If you need charcoal, let us know, and we'll arrange for it from the nearby gas station.
- When leaving the room, please turn off the water, lights, close the windows, and lock the door.
Additional Information
- We are not responsible for personal belongings left in the rooms.
- Guests are responsible for their own behavior in the house and surroundings and assume the consequences of any accidents.
- Damage to the property must be compensated by the responsible guest or their legal representative.
- We reserve the right to select our guests. We do not accept guests who are intoxicated or exhibit aggressive behavior.
- The owner reserves the right to cancel the reservation if the guest does not adhere to the House Rules or disrupts the peace.
- Violation of the House Rules may result in the termination of the stay. In such cases, no refunds will be provided for paid days.
- By using the accommodation, it is understood that the guest has read, understood, and accepted the House Rules.
Additional Services
- Daily cleaning or cleaning upon request during the stay costs 10,000 HUF, including linen, towels, and sheet changes.
- Transfer service: 1,000 HUF/km for up to 4 people. For groups of more than 4, two trips will be required, and each trip will be charged separately.
If you are satisfied with the services provided, please leave a review on our online platforms. We consider and resolve any complaints in person during working hours from 8:00 AM to 8:00 PM. For any issues, please inform us.
