Our exclusive city house is located in a quiet environment in the new district of Dunaújváros.

The spacious areas are perfect for spending time together comfortably. There is a real sense of freedom when you step into the open-plan living room with an American kitchen, which greets you with sparkling sunlight in the morning hours. The well-equipped kitchen features a kettle, toaster, Nespresso coffee machine, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, and freezer, as well as a dining table. In the living room, besides the sofa, there is a smart TV, cable TV, and Wi-Fi available for entertainment, staying connected, or work. From here, you can step out onto the terrace for a coffee, sunbathing, breakfast, or dinner. In the bedroom, you will find a comfortable French bed. The bathroom features a corner bathtub, washing machine, toilet, and bidet. Both floors are cooled by air conditioning. On the upper floor, there is a lounge, three bedrooms, and a bathroom with a corner bathtub and toilet.

If you arrive by car, you can park safely in the double garage or on the yard. You can also grill or cook in a cauldron in the yard.

The bus stop is 100 meters away, shopping centers are within 1 kilometer, and the city center is 2.5 km away. You can also use Bird scooters for transport in Dunaújváros.

In addition to relaxation and community experiences, Dunaújváros offers the City Swimming Pool, Ice Arena, and forest running tracks for sports. Handball, water polo, and hockey matches are held regularly. The tiered romantic Danube riverside is ideal for walks, and several playgrounds are available for families with children.
